EndowmentAs part of the Fremont Area Community Foundation'25th Anniversary celebration, the organization set up $25,000 endowments for area non-profits. Once LionHeart turned two, FACF graciously created a fund for us. The fund is run by FACF and will generate monies to cover our operational expenses. The public can contribute to the endowment and realize the tax benefits. Your gifts will continue to support LionHeart for years to come. A Class "C" corporation, contributing $10,000 would receive a $5,000 Michigan tax credit and a $2,500 tax savings at 25% marginal rate. The actual cost to the company would be only $2,500. FACF has also made arrangements for donations through the Memorial Matching Gifts Program. Contributions, up to $500 per household, received within one year of the death, will be matched $2 for every $1 by the Foundation and qualify for State of Michigan tax credit.Donations can be made by sending a check to: Fremont Area Community Foundation P.O.
